GBN is a nonprofit organization that provides Bible-based, unbiased resources from God's Word seven days a week, 365 days a year to teach and share with believers and potential believers.
All GBN programming is based on Churches of Christ doctrine and is produced by local Church of Christ congregations in the United States.
GBN produces a call-in program titled "GBNLive" hosted by Mike Hixson. It airs on a weekly basis from February through May, and in September and October nightly at 6:00 p.m. Eastern and 7:00 p.m. Central. Joining Hixson on the program are two guests, who are qualified to address the subject of this particular episode. Viewers can ask their questions by email, phone call or via Facebook.
GBN hosts the syndicated television program Preaching the Gospel. James Watkins was the original host, and Cliff Goodwin assumed the role after Watkins retired. The preaching of the Gospel is broadcast on the Christian television channel on Sunday mornings.
